What: This recreational 6-game league for boys and girls ages 6-11 will focus on teaching players the skills, fundamentals and good sportsmanship of basketball. Practices for ages 6-8 are on Tuesday evenings and for ages 9-11 on Wednesday evenings. Games are played on Saturdays. Player evaluations for ages 6-8 are April 3 at 6:30 p.m. and for ages 9-11 are April 4 at 6:30 p.m.
When: Practices begin: April 10 (ages 6-8) | April 11 (ages 9-11)
Practice times: 6:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m.
Games begin: April 28, 2018
Registration starts Monday, March 5, 2018 and ends Saturday, March 17, 2018. Register at the center or online. If registering online, please come by the recreation center to fill out additional paperwork. Birth certificates are required at time of registration. Maximum enrollment is 40 players per age division. Volunteer coaches are needed. Contact League Director Ellen Gilmer for information.
