All programs are by reservation only, unless otherwise stated. Please call (561) 233-1400 or visit the nature center to make program reservations. Please make reservations at least two days in advance. Fees (if applicable) are due upon arrival to the program by form of cash or check. All participants are required to sign a Program Participation Form for every program. If you are more than five minutes late to a program you have made a reservation for, your spot will be given to a person on the waiting list.

Learn the basics of archery from safety to shooting and develop a great new skill during this two-hour program. Equipment is provided.

Here is the chance to practice those new-found archery skills! This practice session allows participants to work on precision and accuracy with a compound bow. Equipment is provided. **Prerequisite: Must have completed Archery for Beginners**
YOGA IN NATURE
Saturday, January 12, 9:00 a.m.
Ages 12+, $15/participant (Reservations required)
Enjoy a 60-minute slow yoga class outdoors while learning about nature! Each month, the program will focus on a different animal or habitat theme. An optional live animal encounter will follow each class. The class is taught by a nature center naturalist, who is also a certified yoga instructor.
JUNIOR NATURALIST: MAMMALS

The just-for-kids Junior Naturalist series returns! Learn all about mammals and what makes them unique. This program will include a special opportunity to hand-feed a few of the nature center’s resident white-tailed deer.

Go on a FREE guided nature walk through the pine flatwoods ecosystem and learn about the plants and animals that live right here in the local community.
