County to celebrate wheelchair course updates with demonstrations

What: In an effort to improve the quality of life for all Palm Beach County residents and visitors regardless of age, gender or ability, updates were recently made to the half-mile wheelchair course inside John Prince Park. Join PBC Parks in celebrating the updates with demonstrations of the course. Participants will travel down the trail, completing a series of exercises tailored to wheelchair users at seven stations throughout the course. Improvements include installation of new equipment, widening of pathways, additions for children, and more. 

Officials and members of the public will be available to discuss the updates and the trail's importance to the community.
 
When: Thursday, December 6 at 11:00 a.m.
