wheelchair equipment demonstration

In an effort to improve the quality of life for all Palm Beach County residents and visitors regardless of age, gender or ability, updates were recently made to the half-mile wheelchair course inside John Prince Park. Improvements include installation of new equipment, widening of pathways, additions for children, and more. Participants can travel down the trail, completing a series of exercises tailored to wheelchair users at seven stations throughout the course.

Local athletes held a demonstration of the equipment.

John Prince Park is operated by the The Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department.
