All programs are by reservation only, unless otherwise stated.  Programs now require payment at the time of registration/reservation. You can register and pay online at www.pbcparks.com. Please select “Online Services”, choose “Register/Pay for Program” from the drop-down menu, click the “Nature” icon, and then search for the program by name. You must login or create a new household account before registering.

ALLIGATOR FEEDING
Wednesdays, 3:30 p.m. & Saturdays, 1:00 p.m.
Families/all ages, FREE (No reservations required)

OWL FEEDING
Thursdays, 3:30 p.m. 
Families/all ages, FREE (No reservations required)

SNAKE FEEDING
Fridays, 3:30 p.m.
Families/all ages, FREE (No reservations required)

DEER & RAPTOR WALK
Saturday, October 5, 10:30 a.m.
Families/all ages, $3/participant (Reservations required)
Go on a “behind the scenes” tour of the deer and raptor compounds to see the animals up close and learn about these unique creatures! 

ARCHERY FOR BEGINNERS
Saturday, October 12, 9:30 a.m.
Ages 8+, $10/participant (Reservations required)
Learn the basics of archery from safety to shooting and develop a great new skill during this two-hour program. Equipment is provided. Space is limited.

OKEEHEELEE OWL PROWL
Friday, October 18, 6:30 p.m. 
Ages 8+, $5/participant (Reservations required)
Visit the nature center after hours and meet a few of their resident nocturnal creatures and learn more about animals that prowl the forest at night! Look for wildlife on a sunset hike and make s’mores around the campfire! 

NATURE WALK
Saturday, October 26, 10:30 a.m.
Families/all ages, FREE (No reservations required)
Go on a FREE guided nature walk through the pine flatwoods ecosystem and learn about the plants and animals that live right here in the local community.
