Celebrate the arts at the A4AFL-PBC’s Showcase, Lean On Me, on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Duncan Theatre at Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth. Local children, teens, and adults with and without disabilities will ‘showcase’ their talents on a professional stage. This two-hour performance and reception pays tribute to dance and music in an entertaining, energetic, and heartwarming inclusive community event!

Lean On Me will be hosted by Alan Billingsley and will feature eight very talented group and solo performers. Stay after the show for light refreshments and the chance to meet the wonderful performing and visual artists! A4AFL-PBC artwork and merchandise will be for sale at the reception.

Returning Showcase favorites include A4AFL-PBC’s Dance Residency students from Forest Hill Elementary, Southern Dance Theatre’s Special Arts Ensemble, A4AFL-PBC’s Jazz It Up Dance Group and A4AFL-PBC’s SpotLighters. Soloists, Sarah Evans (vocalist), Brian Chen (pianist) and Devin Masterson (vocalist), will also return to the big stage. A4AFL-PBC’s Dance Residency from Palm Beach Central High School will be joining the Showcase for the first time this year!

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Call Cindy Pijanowski at (561) 966-7025 to reserve seats. Tickets can also be purchased at the door.

A free exhibit featuring student artwork from A4AFL-PBC visual art programs will be displayed in the lobby of the Duncan Theatre from November 25 - December 12, 2019. For purchasing information, contact Lisa Kuntzman at (561) 966-7026.
