All programs are by reservation only, unless otherwise stated.  Programs now require payment at the time of registration/reservation. You can register and pay online at www.pbcparks.com. Please select “Online Services”, choose “Register/Pay for Program” from the drop-down menu, click the “Nature” icon, and then search for the program by name. You must login or create a new household account before registering. 

ALLIGATOR FEEDING
Wednesdays, 3:30 p.m. & Saturdays, 1:00 p.m.

OWL FEEDING
Thursdays, 3:30 p.m. 
Families/all ages, FREE (No reservations required)

SNAKE FEEDING
Fridays, 3:30 p.m.
Families/all ages, FREE (No reservations required)

ARCHERY FOR BEGINNERS
Saturday, January 4, 9:30 a.m.
Ages 8+, $10/participant (Reservations required)
Learn the basics of archery from safety to shooting and develop a great new skill during this two-hour program. Equipment is provided. Space is limited.

REMARKABLE REPTILES
Saturday, January 11, 10:30 a.m.
Families/all ages, $3/participant (Reservations required) 
Uncover the truth about some of the world’s most misunderstood animals—reptiles! Learn about the characteristics that make reptiles so unique and discover the important roles they play in the environment. Program participants will get to meet some of the nature center’s reptile ambassadors up close! Themed crafts and other activities will be available for the kids.

NATURE WALK
Saturday, January 25, 10:30 a.m.
Families/all ages, FREE (No reservations required)
Go on a FREE guided nature walk through the pine flatwoods ecosystem and learn about the plants and animals that live right here in the local community.
