November 2020 Program Guide at Riverbend Park

All programs are by reservation only, unless otherwise stated. Please visit www.pbcparks.com to make program reservations. Under “Online Services” click on Register/Pay for Program. Login with your username and password. New users must create a household account online, (follow online instructions under “Login”). All participants are required to sign a Program Participation Form and COVID-19 Waiver before each program. Programs will adhere to all state, county orders and CDC guidelines. All children must be accompanied by an adult. All programs run approximately 90 minutes depending upon experience level of participants. Please bring drinking water, sunscreen, and insect repellent to each program.

ARCHERY 
Saturday, November 21, 9:30 a.m. & 12:30 p.m.
Ages 8+, $10/person (Reservations required)
Join USA Archery and N.F.A.A. certified staff to learn about archery! This exciting program teaches archery safety and how to properly use the equipment before getting to practice on the range. Equipment is provided. Note: Bows may be difficult to pull for smaller children.

HISTORY IN THE PARK

All ages, FREE (Reservation not required) 
Join our non-profit group, the Loxahatchee Battlefield Preservationists, for a presentation by guest speaker Pat Mesmer. Docents will conduct a walking tour of the battlefield following the presentation.

FISHING FUN
Saturday, November 28, 9:30 a.m.
Ages 8+, $10/person (Reservations required)
Learn basic fishing techniques and safety while fishing for the big one! Proper outdoor clothing, water, sunblock and sunglasses are recommended. Fishing gear is provided.
