Approximately 200 youngsters from western Palm Beach County will take part in the 24th Annual A4AFL-PBC West Festival “Enchanted Forest” virtually through their school from February 22-26, 2021. The festival is sponsored by Arts4All Florida-Palm Beach County.

The A4AFL-PBC West Festival provides children of all abilities an opportunity to showcase their achievements in the arts and to be exposed to new visual and performing arts experiences. Children from schools in Belle Glade will perform, produce and experience thematic art in several forms through visual and performing art videos.

“Enchanted Forest” experiences include visual and performing arts activities headed by artists from throughout South Florida. Artists Jean Howard, Kristy Hoot, Ann Marie O’Brien, Rosa Kincaid, Stephanie Thompson, Jagathy Nair and Cat Rich, will direct the young students in enchanted forest themed visual arts projects including drawing, mixed media, painting and wearable art. Artists Kat Kenny, Yael Lawrence and Buckley Griffis lead the students through interactive performing arts activities including music, drama, improv and dance.

West Festival is sponsored by businesses and individuals from western Palm Beach County.
