All programs are by reservation only, unless otherwise stated. Please call 561-966-7000 or visit the nature center to make program reservations. Fees (if applicable) are due the day of the program. All participants are required to sign a Program Participation Form for every program. If you are more than 5 minutes late to a program you have made a reservation for, your spot will be given to a person on the waiting list.

MIGRATION CELEBRATION

Celebrate the centennial anniversary of the Migratory Bird Treaty! This year’s event will feature more exhibitors and kids activities. Head into the photo room and have a picture taken with an animal, check out a family-friendly lecture, get “feathered” with new passports and much more!
NIGHT STALKERS

Join a naturalist on a night-time boardwalk tour looking at nature from the point of view of its nocturnal resident.

ARCHERY 101
Wednesday, November 23, 10:00 a.m.
Ages 8 and older, $10/per person (RSVP required, limit 15)
Join a USA Archery Certified Instructor to learn the basics of archery and develop a fun new skill! This 1.5 hour program will start with an indoor demonstration followed by outdoor target practice! All equipment provided, please wear closed-toed shoes and bring water and sun protection for the outdoor portion.
TAI CHI & CHI KUNG
Four week sessions- Thursdays, 2:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m. (call for start dates)
$45/each for four sessions, $35/Friends of Green Cay members, $15/drop in fee for one session

Experience the benefits of these ancient Chinese systems of exercise and meditation. Improve flexibility, balance, muscle tone, energy and mental well being.
GENTLE YOGA

Find peace, tranquility, mindfulness, strength, balance, and flexibility with a refreshing afternoon yoga session. Please bring own yoga mat. Feel free to bring any props, blankets, etc.
Green Cay Nature Center is operated by the Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department and is located at 12800 Hagen Ranch Road, west of Boynton Beach.
