All programs are by reservation only.  Fee programs require payment at the time of registration/reservation. You can register and pay online at www.pbcparks.com. Please select “Online Services”, choose “Register/Pay for Program” from the drop-down menu, click the “Nature” icon, and then search for the program by name. You must login or create a new household account before registering. 

LIVE ANIMAL FEEDING PRESENTATIONS
Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 3:30 p.m.

ALLIGATOR FEEDING
Saturdays, 1:00 p.m.

REMARKABLE REPTILES 
Tuesday, November 8, 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Families/all ages, $3/participant (Reservations required)
Join us as we uncover the truth about some of the world’s most misunderstood animals—reptiles. You’ll meet some of ONC’s reptile ambassadors and even get to watch a snake eat a meal! 
 
ARCHERY FOR BEGINNERS
Saturday, November 12, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Ages 8+, $10/participant (Reservations required)
Join USA Archery certified instructors and learn the basics of archery, from safety to shooting, and develop a great new skill! All equipment is provided. Space is limited.

TALES & TAILS: OWLS
Saturday, November 19, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Ages 3-8, $3/child (Reservations required)
Bring your little ones and join an Okeeheelee volunteer and Naturalist for story time with puppets! You will even get a close-up animal encounter with our Eastern Screech Owl!

SUPERSTARS OF THE NIGHT
Tuesday, November 22, 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Ages 15+, $3/participant (Reservations required)
Naturalists will lead the group on a hike to search for the superstars of the night– nocturnal animals. Participants will then get a chance to explore the night sky with telescopes lead by our special guest astronomy extraordinaire! 

ONC BEHIND THE SCENES
Wednesday, November 23, 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Families/all ages, $3/participant (Reservations required)
The most relaxing part of our day is spent taking care of our animals. Come join us and our nonhuman “co-workers” by taking a tour of where the outdoor animals live when they are off the clock.
