All programs are by reservation only, unless otherwise stated.  Please register online at www.pbcparks.com; under “Online Services” click on Register/Pay for Program, or visit the nature center to register and make payment. All participants are required to sign a Program Participation Form before each program. Each participant in your party must have a reservation. Activities promote environmental awareness, conservation, and recreation.

LIVE ANIMAL FEEDING PRESENTATIONS
Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 3:30 p.m. 
Families/all ages, FREE (No reservations required)

ALLIGATOR FEEDING
Saturdays, 1:00 p.m. 
Families/all ages, FREE (No reservations required)

CATERPILLAR CRAWL & CRAFT
Saturday, June 10, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Families/all ages, $3/participant (Reservations required)
Join ONC’s team of naturalists as we search for caterpillars in our pollinator garden and learn the foods they eat before they turn into butterflies. After this slow-paced “crawl” to find these baby butterflies, participants will create a unique caterpillar craft to take home!
  
SUPERSTARS OF THE NIGHT
Tuesday, June 13, 8:30-10:00 p.m.
Ages 8+, $5/participant (Reservations required)
Naturalists will lead the group on a night hike to search for the superstars of the night– nocturnal animals. Then, participants will get a chance to explore the night sky with telescopes led by our special guest, an astronomy extraordinaire! This program is rain or shine.

ONC VISITS THE LIBRARY: WILD FLORIDA FRIDAY
Friday, June 16, 3:00-4:00 p.m.
Families/all ages, FREE (No reservations required)
Join ONC at the Main Library’s Florida Friday series where participants will get up close and personal to some of Florida’s native wildlife with Okeeheelee’s team of naturalists and ambassador animals, including an owl, snake and turtle. ARCHERY FOR BEGINNERS
Saturday, June 17, 9:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. 
Ages 8+, $10/participant (Reservations required)
Join USA Archery certified instructors and learn the basics of archery, from safety to shooting, and develop a great new skill! All equipment is provided. Space is limited and sign up now before it fills up!

ADVANCED ARCHERY**
Saturday, June 24, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
Ages 8+, $10/participant (Reservations required)
**Prerequisite: Must have completed Archery for Beginners
This program is for those already familiar with the basics of archery. Develop your archery skills further, as USA Archery certified instructors teach advanced techniques and practice aim and precision. All equipment is provided. Space is limited, so register now before it fills up!
