All programs are by reservation only, unless otherwise stated. Please register online at www.pbcparks.com; under “Online Services” click on Register/Pay for Program, or visit the nature center to register and make payment. All participants are required to sign a Program Participation Form before each program. Activities promote environmental awareness, conservation, and recreation.

LIVE ANIMAL FEEDING PRESENTATIONS
Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 3:30 p.m.

ALLIGATOR FEEDING
Saturdays, 1:00 p.m.

REMARKABLE REPTILES 
Wednesday, November 1, 2:00-3:30 p.m.
Families/all ages, $5/participant (Reservations required)
Join us as we uncover the truth about some of the world’s most misunderstood animals—reptiles. You’ll meet some of ONC’s reptile ambassadors, including some turtles, snakes and other guest ambassadors from the South Florida Herpetological Society, and even get to watch some eat their lunches! 

ARCHERY FOR BEGINNERS
Tuesday, November 7, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Ages 8+, $10/participant (Reservations required)
Join USA Archery certified instructors and learn the basics of archery, from safety to shooting, and develop a great new skill! All equipment is provided. Space is limited. All equipment is provided. Space is limited.

ONC VISITS THE LIBRARY: THANKFUL FOR BIRDS
Tuesday, November 14, 3:00-3:45 p.m.
Families/all ages, FREE (Pre-registration required**)
Whether you’re eating turkey or “tofurky” this Thanksgiving, you should stop and thank a bird this month! Join ONC and their bird ambassadors at the Main Library to learn the many ways bird enrich our lives and get to meet and greet with our raptors. **Call the Main Library at 561-233-2600 or visit www.pbclibrary.org​ to pre-register. 

SUPERSTARS OF THE NIGHT
Tuesday, November 14, 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Ages 8+, $5/participant (Reservations required)
Naturalists will lead the group on a night hike to search for the superstars of the night– nocturnal animals. Then, participants will get a chance to explore the night sky with telescopes led by our special guest, an astronomy extraordinaire from the Astronomical Society of the Palm Beaches!

ADVANCED ARCHERY**
Tuesday, November 28, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Ages 8+, $10/participant (Reservations required)
**Prerequisite: Must have completed Archery for Beginners
This program is for those already familiar with the basics of archery. Develop your archery skills further, as USA Archery certified instructors teach advanced techniques and practice aim and precision.
