All programs are by reservation only, unless otherwise stated.  Please register online at www.pbcparks.com; under “Online Services” click on Register/Pay for Program, or visit the nature center to register and make payment. All participants are required to sign a Program Participation Form before each program. Activities promote environmental awareness, conservation, and recreation.

ANIMAL FEEDINGS & TALKS
Daily, 3:15 p.m. 
All ages, FREE (Reservations not required)
3:15 p.m. is feeding time! Listen to a short talk about one of Daggerwing’s resident animals. 
Wednesday – Owl Talk
Thursday – Snake Feeding
Friday – Tortoise Feeding
Saturday – Alligator Feeding
  
BIRDING 101
Saturday, January 6, 10:30 a.m.
Ages 5+, $5/participant (Reservations required)
Learn about the exciting hobby of bird watching. First, join a naturalist who will teach bird identification skills and proper use of binoculars. Then practice these new skills during a guided birding adventure.
 
DAGGERWING VISITS THE LIBRARY: OWLS
Tuesday, January 9, 3:30 p.m.
Ages 5+, FREE (Reservations required)
Enjoy a special program about owls featuring a visit from the nature center’s resident animal ambassador, at the Glades Road Branch Library! Call the Glades Road Branch Library for details and RSVP at (561) 482-4554. 

MOTHER NATURE & ME: A IS FOR ALLIGATOR
Tuesday, January 16, 10:30 a.m.
Ages 2-5 (w/guardian), $4/child (Reservations required)
Get ready to jump and shout with Mother Nature through stories, live animals, activities, and a craft specifically designed for toddlers and preschoolers!
