What:
Classical fencing: the instructor teaches the art of classical fencing as it was practiced in the 19th century. All modern safety precautions are used. For ages 8 and up.
Family cooking class: this program develops and improves nutrition knowledge, teaches best practices for participating in healthier food options, communication and social skills with families in a community setting.
When:
Classical fencing: Wednesdays starting December 7, 2016

Family cooking class: Saturday, November 19, 2016 and
