Condo Gardening Tips
November 2006

Many properties now are starting to see their annual plantings really prosper as we start to get lowered temperatures. Returning residents should be pleased with the condition of the grounds this time of year since our heavy rainfall stopped in September and there are few diseases or other problems to affect plantings.
You should have fertilized all the landscaping last month for the upcoming winter season. If not take care of that as soon as possible.
Also it’s still not to late to do any minor pruning that needs to be done on landscaping, but complete that this month and then no further pruning is usually required until late winter or early spring.
Don’t forget about our upcoming condominium field days which are walk throughs for managers and board of directors. The one coming up this month will be on November 15 at Sea Ranch Club of Boca right at Spanish River and North Ocean Boulevard. This will be from 9 to 11 a.m. and you should be receiving a flyer on that soon. If not, you can call my office at 233-1754 for information.
