The CJC Youth Violence Prevention Project, the City of West Palm Beach and the City of Riviera Beach are proud to announce the grand openings of their Youth Empowerment Centers. This Youth Empowerment Centers are a place for young adults 12 to 18 years old where they can relax in a safe, fun place to develop skills and talents for jobs and careers. The West Palm Beach Northwood Youth Empowerment Center is located at 723 39th Street, (the northeast corner of 39th Street and Pinewood Street). The Rivera Beach Youth Empowerment Center is located at the Lindsey Davis Center, 1150 W. 28th Street.
