![]() Carl McKoy City of Boynton Beach Commissioner CJC member since 2005 Co-Founder of the Juvenile Transition Center, Inc. A non profit 501 (C) (3) Florida Corporation. Commissioner McKoy served as the company's Vice-President from 1997-2003. The JTC is a youth prevention program providing academic enrichment, job training and mentoring skills to children in Boynton Beach between the ages of 13-18. During the past six years the corporation assisted more than 10 participants in securing college scholarships. The commissioner is still an active volunteer with the JTC along with his wife who is also a co-founder and the company's president. Commissioner McKoy is also the founder and owner of The Real McKoy Process, a process serving business based out of Boynton Beach Florida. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from East Carolina University and worked as a television news journalist for more than twelve years. The commissioner is married, has three daughters and still finds time to serve his community.
