Surveying, Inc.
CJC member since 2005

Roxanna Trinka is the President/CEO of Baseline Engineering & Land Surveying, Inc., a company she founded in March of 1993. Her philosophy is that an engineering & surveying company is successful when the licensed professionals are focused on accuracy and timely completion of work, leaving the operation of the business to the owner and administrative staff. The company has grown from a staff of 5 in 1993 to over 30 today.

Roxanna has maintained a high profile for the firm in residential, commercial and governmental construction projects as well as providing land surveys for real estate closings, so that no matter what the state of the economy, her employees will have work.

She and her husband Bill live in Boca Raton. Their daughter Chelsea is a businesswoman and lives in Columbus, GA.

A recent breast cancer survivor, Roxanna has launched a website, www.youcanthrive.com. The site was designed to be a source of empowerment, encouragement, inspiration and support for those experiencing any kind of hardship and to assist their family members and friends.

Roxanna is a Board of Director & Trustee member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. She served 4 years on the City of Boca Zoning Board of Adjustment and ran for City Council in 2000.
