The language and format of the documents, dedications, and other items contained in the Forms Manual have been approved by the County Attorney's Office for use in conjunction with subdivision approval, plat reparation, and construction of required improvement pursuant to Article 11, ULDC. Any proposed alternative or additional language to that shown wherein must be submitted on the applicable document to Land Development Division for review and processing.
