Operates and maintains two sand transfer plants- the Palm Beach Inlet, and the Boynton Inlet. Manages the Road and Bridge warehouse. Provides support services to Road and Bridge for some drainage repairs i.e. slip lining damaged, or deteriorated storm drain culverts, welding services, and a variety of specialty services related to pumping. After hours services available through the Emergency Operating Center.
