Horse Royal Palm Beach Pines
Equestrian use facilities at the Royal Palm Beach Pines Natural Area include a 2-mile loop riding trail and an equestrian bridge crossing. An equestrian permit for riding in the Royal Palm Beach Pines Natural Area can be obtained by contacting ERM Resources Protection Administration. Call 561-233-2470 to request the necessary permit application and signature card.

Loxahatchee Slough
Temporary equestrian trails in the Loxahatchee Slough Natural Area are located in the northwest portion of the natural area and on the C-18 Canal rights of way on the east side of the main channel, on the portion of the west side of the main channel that is north of the west leg of the Canal, and on the north side of the west leg. Riding on these trails is authorized under a temporary general permit issued by ERM. Click below to view the temporary general permit and a map of the trails on which riding is permitted.
