To assist the homeowners of Palm Beach County, our office will provide an insurance verification letter for the homeowner's insurance company upon request. If you require a letter, our fire rescue personnel will research the available water supply for firefighting purposes. This information is then used to determine your rating for your homeowner insurance purposes. There is a fee of $25.00 for each verification letter requested.

When requesting an insurance verification letter, please have ready the following information so that we will be able to complete your request:

  • Your name,
  • The complete address to the property for which a letter will be issued,
  • Phone number(s) at which we may contact you if needed,
  • The address (and name if different) to which the insurance verification letter should be sent when complete.
