Fire Inspection Records are considered public records. Any requests for copies
of inspection records of properties within our response jurisdication are
handled in an expedient fashion. These requests must be made in writing--on
company letterhead if available, but in writing nonetheless. This gives us a
record of the request, which is placed within the file of the property. A copy
of the last inspection and any other pertinent information regarding the
property is sent to the requestor via US Mail or Facsimile, whichever they
prefer. The assigned inspector's information is also included.
