The Justice Information System (JIS) Policy Board was established to establish active participation by the Chief Judge, Public Defender, Sheriff, Clerk of Court & Comptroller, State Attorney, Palm Beach Bar Association, South County Bar Association, Criminal Justice Commission, and Board of County Commissioners in the development and use of software for the Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) and Civil Information Systems (CIVIS) projects. The Board ensures coordinated use of computer systems in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit and makes recommendations to the Chief Judge and the Board of County Commissioners regarding the selection, implementation, and use of judicial case management systems.

Administrative Order 11.033 established and organized the Justice Information Systems (JIS) Policy Board.

All meetings are subject to change or cancellation and members will be notified accordingly.

Policy Board Meeting Schedule:
The JIS Policy Board meets on a quarterly basis. All meetings will be held in the Thomas C. McEaddy Conference Room located on the 12th floor of the Governmental Center at 1:30 p.m.
