The Desktop Support Services area has the responsibility for maintaining a large population of County desktop computers. They centrally manage operating system patches and upgrades, virus protection upgrades and application version upgrades and deployment.

This area also assists in testing new software and hardware evaluations and deployments, maintains desktop peripherals and assists in end-user coordination and training.
