This section's area of responsibility is communications and marketing for the ISS Department:
internally between the divisions of ISS, and externally with all other entities interacting with the ISS department.
This area includes
- Training - Our highly dynamic trainers are available to train County employees on computer related software. They offer classes on the Microsoft Office Suite, Training & Employee Development System (TED), e-mail and other software products. This training is offered in our well equipped class rooms or, if needed, we offer one-on-one training.
- Customer Service and Marketing - In any IT department, customer satisfaction is key to a successful organization. Our Customer Service and Marketing group is responsible for communicating information by publishing the ISS newsletter, creates and publishes technical information and conducts customer surveys.
