Greenways planning sessions are being held regularly as the Countywide plan is developed. Currently, agency representatives and professionals in the field of conservation, resource management, transportation, and recreation are participating to develop the most functional system possible. Once this plan is developed, the period of public comment will begin, allowing for your involvement in the critical process of creating a regional network of greenways and trails. Ultimately, the Palm Beach County Greenways and Trails Netowrk will enhance quality of life by improving recreational opportunities, providing non-motorized transportation options, protecting valuable resources, and linking natural, cultural, and resideintial areas.
