Information will be provided to you about the various Municipal Service Taxing Units (MSTU) Projects. An MSTU Project is a project done to provide paving and drainage infrastructure for areas that don’t currently have this. The projects can also be for water and wastewater improvements. The ability to undertake an MSTU Project by the County is limited by City and County borders, and the Utility that serves your home. You may select and search by either a MSTU Project name or you can search by a street that is in an MSTU Project.
