Commissioner Steven Abrams was guest speaker at the Delray Beach Women’s Republican Club luncheon on Thursday, March 26, 2009.   The Commissioner discussed his recent appointment to the County Commission and some of the difficult challenges we face such as restoring economic prosperity.
