At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on April 7, 2009, Commissioner Shelley Vana (right) presented a proclamation to Former State Representative Irving Slosberg and Tara Kirschner declaring April 20 – 25, 2009 as “Teenage Safe Driving Awareness Week” in Palm Beach County.
