Commissioner Receives Certificate of Appreciation

At the Palm Beach County Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board meeting on May 17, 2006, Commissioner Koons (left) received a Certificate of Appreciation from Bobbi Valentine (center) and David Evans (right) who is a citizen advocate and system user.  The certificate from the Transportation Advocates of Palm Beach County expresses appreciation to Commissioner Koons for his assistance on the trip to Tallahassee for TD (Transportation Disadvantaged) Day on April 18, 2006.  On this day, advocates talked with legislators about transportation needs in Palm Beach County.
