Commissioner Abrams Attends Red Cross Ribbon Cutting

Commissioner Abrams helped cut the ribbon at a ceremony held on April 23, 2009 at the Red Cross Count & Countess de Hoernle South County Service Center in Boca Raton. The newly renovated facility is named after Countess Henrietta de Hoernle who led the ceremony.  Following the ribbon cutting was an open house that was attended by local officials, staff, volunteers and the general public.
