At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on June 3, 2008, Commissioner Karen T. Marcus (right) presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Elsie Leviton for over 14 years of distinguished service to Palm Beach County as a member of the Education & Government Programming Advisory Board (November 1993 to February 2008).
