Commissioner Abrams spoke at the League of Cities monthly meeting hosted by the City of Boca Raton on August 26, 2009.  He discussed current budgetary challenges and his ongoing commitment to reduce spending.  Commissioner Abrams also stated that he fully supports recent recommendations made by the State Attorney’s Office based on the grand jury report to create an inspector general position and ethics commission..
