Commissioner Abrams and Rose Lee Archer

At the Board of County Commissioners meeting on Oct. 6, 2009, Commissioner Abrams presented a proclamation to Rose Lee Archer declaring October 2009 as “Disability Mentoring Month” in Palm Beach County.
