Brazilian Independence Day Celebration

On Aug. 21, Commissioner Abrams attended a dinner hosted by Douglas Heizer honoring dignitaries from the Brazilian consulate in celebration of Brazilian Independence Day. The dinner was held at the Bridge Hotel in Boca Raton.
