The Financial Management Division is part of the county's Office of Financial Management and Budget. It exists to bring cohesive direction to a collection of internal support services.

- Records Management Section assists county departments with the proper storage, usage, and disposal of their public records.
- Revenue Collection Section is responsible for the recovery of funds due the County as a result of administrative fines or court costs and judgments.
- The County Thrift Store is a retail business organized for the disposal of surplus government property. The Store disposes of unneeded tangible assets for eleven agencies in addition to the County.
