Travel Instructions

• Jury parking is free. Bring your jury summons or jury ID each day.
• Please lock any prohibited items in your trunk or glove box now as you park. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: all firearms, scissors, knives, and other sharp objects. You will be required to walk through a metal detector when you arrive at the Courthouse.
• Wait inside the Convention Center's back-lobby for a Palm Tran bus or a Trolley to take you to the Courthouse.
• Palm Tran buses run between the Convention Center and the Courthouse from 7:00 AM through 9:30 AM.
• The Trolleys run the entire loop from the Courthouse to the Convention Center from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. If you are asked to remain at the Courthouse later than that, an express trolley will be specially scheduled to bring you back.
• You will be dropped off at a combined bus/trolley stop on Quadrille Blvd. directly in front of the Courthouse. This is exactly the same stop where you will catch a return trolley later in the day.
• To speed your entry into the Courthouse, ask the Security Personnel to direct you to the shortest lines for the metal detectors.
• You can also take the free trolley at lunch or after jury duty is over to Clematis Street, City Place, the movies, and the Kravis Center.
• If you plan to stay later than 6 PM, however, you may want to move your car to other parking. Otherwise you may have to walk from the trolley stop at the Kravis Center across Okeechobee Blvd. to the Convention Center lot.
• If you have any questions, find a Parking Attendant or Security Personnel. You may always phone the Parking Office at 561/355-3235.
