Skate Park Rules

 
By using the Skate Park you agree to abide by the following rules:

If you are under 17 years old, you must have a consent form on file with the Recreation Center and a County issued decal on your helmet prior to use of the Skate Park (Pursuant to Section 316.0085, Florida Statutes).

Applicable to all ages:
  • Helmets are REQUIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Knee pads, wrist guards and elbow pads are highly recommended.
  • Ride within your own ability - One rider at a time - Respect other riders - Share the space
  • Report equipment damage or unsafe conditions to park or center staff immediately at (561) 355-1125. Staff may close the Skate Park due to unsafe conditions.
  • Food, glass containers, alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited. Pets and personal belongings are prohibited on the Skate Park surface.
  • Do not use if surface is wet.
  • Any conduct deemed inappropriate by County staff may result in the following: warning,suspension or expulsion from the Skate Park.

An emergency call box is located under the gazebo at the north end of the Skate Park.
Action sports are hazardous recreational activities. There are certain inherent risks in the use of the Skate Park, including but not limited to bodily injury and/or death.

This is an unsupervised drop-in recreational area.
