Joe T. McNeeleyGolf Course Manager
Joe T. McNeeley Joe grew up in Northern Ohio playing sports and coaching. He attended Kent State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, then continued his education at Cleveland State University, earning an Education degree. Joe worked in Hospitality Management in the private sector for ten years after graduation, always maintaining his involvement in coaching little leagues and Special Olympics. Joe began his career with Palm Beach County in 2006 as a Facility Manager and moved into his Golf Course Manager position at the John Prince Learning Center in 2008. 
Mark MayetteClass A, PGA Professional
Joe T. McNeeley Mark, a native New Englander born in Rhode Island, considers Palm Beach County his permanent home. Mark graduated the PGA of America Golf Professionals Management Program and is a member of the PGA of America President’s Council. His commitment to grow and impact the game of golf through hosting Play Golf America programs has never waivered. He boasts 25 years as golf professional and has been affiliated with some of the nation’s top private and public golf clubs. Mark joined the Golf Professional Services, Inc. management team, where he continues to perfect his skills as an exceptional golf instructor, expert club fitter and knowledgeable golf operations manager. He is dedicated and passionate about teaching players of all skill levels, and still competes at the professional level himself, when his schedule allows. Mark contributes considerably to the success of the Palm Beach County’s John Prince Golf Learning Center.
Kris PhiferGolf Course Superintendent
Joe T. McNeeley Kris originally started her professional career in the Information Technology field. She worked at a golf course during her first summer break from school and realized she had found her true calling. Kris has worked in golf course maintenance for over 25 years since that first summer job. She gained her initial experience here in South Florida at clubs such as PGA National and Ballenisles Country Club. Kris continued her career at Niagra Falls Country Club in New York, and eventually made the trip south to continue her career in Florida. Her expertise, work ethic and dedication were invaluable during the grow-in phase at Palm Beach County’s John Prince Golf Learning Center, where Kris continues to contribute daily to the aesthetics and success of the learning center.
