Eric, who has long held a love for the game of golf, played throughout high school in Coral Springs, Florida, then continued to play golf regularly while earning an Associates degree in Agriculture Technology in Golf Course Management at Horry-Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, S.C. At Woodmont Country Club in Tamarac, Florida and Arrowhead Country Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Eric gained valuable knowledge in the golf course maintenance field before switching to the operations side of the business. Eric served as Director of Membership and Tournament Sales at Presidential Country Club in Aventura, Florida and as Director of Golf at Miami Shores Country Club in Miami Shores, Florida, before joining Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation as Assistant Manager at Okeeheelee Golf Course. Eric was promoted to Golf Course Manager at Okeeheelee Golf Course in March 2009.

Mary-Lee, originally from Quebec, Canada, grew up playing golf at her father's 9 hole course in Amos, PQ. She attended Florida State University on a full scholarship, where she won a Division 1 College Tournament. As an amateur, Mary-Lee was a member of the Canadian National Golf Team from 1988-1993. She ranked #1 Junior in Canada in 1997 and received the Score Award for Best Female Junior Golfer in Canada. In 2000, Mary-Lee won 3 professional tournaments on the Canadian Tour and was named 2000 Player of the Year. She is the current President of the Junior Golf Foundation of America. Mary-Lee joined Golf Professional Services, Inc in 1997 and is a Golf Professional Services Manager and Head Professional at Okeeheelee Golf Course.

Deron attended college at Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Turfgrass Management. He joined ValleyCrest Golf Course Maintenance in 1998 as the Superintendent at the Lakes of Taylor Golf Club in Michigan. In 2002, Deron was promoted to Regional Superintendent responsible for southeast properties, including Cherokee Run, Cross Creek, Somerset and Birkdale Golf Clubs across the southeastern states. Deron is currently the Regional Superintendent at ValleyCrest, for South Carolina’s Pawley’s Plantation and Palm Beach County’s Park Ridge and Okeeheelee Golf Courses.
