Exercise program that focuses on physical fitness for seniors and adults with disabilities. Exercises focus on relieving joint pain, increasing mobility, and improving balance.

Exercise program for individuals seeking a work out to improve endurance and cardiovascular health.
FAMILY SWIM
Ages: All ages
Program Dates/Times: Please call for pool hours and space availability.

Relax, play, and have fun splashing around with family members while making new friends. Open swim time is for individuals with disabilities and their family members. Families can swim in shallow area when other water programs are not occurring.
SWIM LESSONS
Ages: 3 and up
Program Dates: Call for class schedules
Time: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening classes
Maximum Enrollment: 4 per class
Registration: On-going
Fee: $45 per group session; $100 per session for private lessons
Lessons provided by American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim and Marino Swim Central Adaptive Aquatics certified instructors. This is the most comprehensive and effective program available. Lessons are designed to meet individual needs of students with disabilities. Classes are smaller in size and designed to help improve participants swimming ability and confidence in the water.

LAP SWIM

All persons who are not toilet trained are requred to wear a swim diaper.
