Breeder Permits For information about obtaining a Hobby Breeder’s Permit for dogs or cats in Palm Beach County, call Sgt. Michele Fox at 561-233-1209 or e-mail mjames@pbcgov.org. If applications are received on or before August 1, 2008, the permit fee is annually waived and the breeder will receive two non-sterilized license tags for any two dogs vaccinated against rabies each year for free. After August 1, the fee is $150 and the tag fee for a non-sterilized dog or cat is $75.
