The Zoning Division is made up of four sections: Administrative Review/Public Information; Community Development Review; Code Rewrite, and Architectural/Landscape Review. These Sections are responsible for various functions and activities related to the development review process. The Administration Section oversees these sections and establishes policies and procedures to ensure consistency in the review process between all Sections.
In addition, the Administration Section is responsible for the general operations of the Zoning Division, which includes the following:
- Payroll
- Personnel
- Training and implementing new procedures and technology
- Customer Service
- Fee Schedule/refunds
- Research
- Policy Procedure Manuals (PPM)
- Monitoring Board Appointments
- Respond to Board Directives
