The Tax Collector, Palm Beach County, has installed a “Telephone Activated Vehicle Information System,” (TAVIS): a new method of obtaining information and providing service that is vital to your operation and convenient for you to use.

This system will allow participating automobile dealers, financial institutions and other businesses 24 hour, 7 day a week access to the Division of Motor Vehicles Florida Real-Time Vehicle Information System.

TAVIS will make accessing vehicle information quick and convenient. The information may be read to the caller over the phone or faxed to their location.

We foresee great things with TAVIS and know your organization will benefit by obtaining much needed information, over the phone, when you want it!
