Those who are landlords in Palm Beach County or looking to become one, can join the housing specialists from Palm Beach County Community Services Department for a free informational and networking event.
The event will be held Wednesday, May 22, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., at the Lord's Place, 2808 N. Australian Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33407. Refreshments and light bites will be offered.

Workshop topics include:

  • SMART Landlord Campaign
  • Emergency shelter, relocation, rapid rehousing and permanent supportive housing programs
  • Becoming a vendor with Palm Beach County
  • Affordable housing listing site (AffordableHousing.com)
  • Housing programs
  • Case management and wrap-around support
  • Partner and client testimonials
