A Tribute to Beth Ingold-Love
Palm Beach County Public Affairs has lost its leader. Beth Ingold-Love passed away on June 10th following a battle with cancer. She was 48. In her six years with Palm Beach County, Beth was responsible for so many innovations aimed at getting important information out to the public faster and more effectively.
Beth oversaw 56 employees and dealt with hundreds more on a regular basis. Palm Beach County Days, our presence at the South Florida Fair, town hall meetings and speaking engagements, press calls, publications, public records requests, web postings and news releases. You name it, Beth handled it. She was bright and articulate, demanding but fair, and firmly dedicated to seeing that the job got done right—never losing sight of local government's responsibility to keep the citizens informed. Beth will be deeply missed by everyone here at the County.
